5 out of 5 starsI couldn't be more pleased with these earrings! I bought them as a gift for my mom to wear at my wedding. They shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. The packaging is super nice, actually. The quality of the earrings is outstanding and they look exactly as advertised. I cannot wait for my mom to wear them and I will return to this seller because I like their bridal jewelry more than the one I initially got somewhere else.

1 out of 5 starsItem guaranteed to be here for my wedding It arrived three days afterward When the seller thought they were lost they were going to file a claim and I would have to wait 30 days for refund Item showed up 3 days after wedding I was then informed I would have to pay shipping for return I asked how they would like them sent “Anyway you would like” I was told I even sent seller a photo of the shipping slip 2 months later I received package from post office saying the seller refused the package.I wrote to them where they stated they will not accept anything with customs fees as is stated in their policy. Even tho nothing was told to me during communication about returning them, my fault for trusting them. Besides the shady dealings, the actual product is poorly made, cheap quality and quite ugly design Beware and look elsewhere

We are sorry to receive such an unfair review. We have made it clear to the buyer that all return packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted. We did include this information on the return form and in the email with return instructions. Also, we did not guarantee delivery before the wedding. We cannot comment on the part where she says the earrings are ugly as it's clearly vindictive - they look exactly like the picture in the listing the buyer decided to purchase in the first place.

My order is said to be delivered, but I haven't received anything.
If the tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly have them investigate the issue. In the meantime, please check your mailbox, front porch or any safe drop areas, and check with your neighbours. Please remember that we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address. We strongly recommend to select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel, or consider to be safe to leave deliveries unattended.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. A shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund if order has received free shipping. All items must be unworn and returned in original boxes.

Each piece of Seraphine Creations jewelry comes in its own elegant box, perfect as a gift for someone special or to keep all to yourself and store your jewelry with style.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic (nickel, lead and cadmium free), but some designs are not. Please refer to product description for information about a specific product.
What are Swarovski pearls? What is cubic zirconia?
Swarovski pearls are high quality imitation pearls created by using a Swarovski crystal at the center, layered with several coats of mother of pearl. This makes them more luminous than other imitation pearls. Swarovski pearls are washable, unsusceptible to damage from perfume or perspiration, and resistant to scratches.
Cubic zirconia is a synthetic stone used as imitation diamond. We use only highest quality stones that are almost impossible to tell from real diamonds.
